While meaningful conversations naturally explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, this is a forward-focused consulting and strategy session designed to help you gain clarity and determine your most aligned next steps.
Do I need to complete a lengthy intake?
No.
You'll receive a brief questionnaire before we meet so we can spend our time together where it matters most—in conversation.
Will you try to sell me a coaching program?
No.
If additional work would genuinely benefit you, I'll let you know. If not, you'll still leave with clarity, practical next steps, and no obligation to continue.
What if I decide I want more support?
Wonderful.
Some clients continue with:
• Clear the Canvas–$995 (or 2 X $600)-- up to 6 hours - 5 plus a follow up
(because the intake will be in the 2.5 strategy)

3 months - 10 sessions $1995 — or $250 an hour
